| 摘 要： | 采用PCR-RFLP技术检测藏猪H-FABP和A-FABP基因遗传多态性。结果发现藏猪H-FABP-HinfⅠ酶切出现3种基因型,其中基因型HH频率最高,为63.39%;A-FABP-BsmⅠ酶切出现3种基因型,其中基因型AA频率最高,为55.36%;上述基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。藏猪这2个基因均呈多态分布,与高IMF含量相关的基因型频率较高,这可能与藏猪优良的肉质有关系。

| Abstract: | Tibet pig is a special Chinese indigenous pig breed native to high-altitude areas of Tibet,with great ability of fat depositing,excellent meat quality and high intramuscle fat content. In the present study,the polymorphisms of A-FABP and A-FABP genes were discovered with the method of PCR-RFLP in Tibet pig.
