甘蔗苗期蔗长蝽若虫的空间分布型及抽样技术

摘    要:用不同的测定指标研究了甘蔗苗期蔗长蝽若虫的空间分布型和抽样技术。结果表明:①甘蔗苗期蔗长蝽若虫的空间分布均属于聚集分布;②植保上常用的4种抽样法均适用于田间调查;③田间的理论抽样数是随虫密度的增加而减少,同时也随允许误差的增大而减少;④田间蔗苗虫株率和百株虫量存在正相关,可以用 x=e~(1.60671n〔-24.0964ln(1-y)〕方程来估计。

Abstract:The spatial distribution pattern and sampling methods for the nymph of oriental chinch bug(Ischnodemus saccharivorus okajima)in the sugarcane seedling period were investigated with different determinings in- dices.The results are summarized as follows:(1)The spatial distribution for the nymph of oriental chinch bug during sugarcane seedling period belongs to the aggregated distribution pattern.(2)Four common sampling methods in plant protection are suitable for the field survey.(3)The theoretical sam- pling number of field survey decreases as the population densityof the nymph increased and increases as permissible error decreased.(4)The relation be- tween the percentage of seedlings contaminated with insects and the number of insects in 100 seedlings is positive in correlation.It can be estimated by the application of the formula of x=e~(1.6067)ln[-24.096 ln(1-y)])
