集体林权制度改革对农民林业收入的影响

从农户林木产品销售收入变动角度,探讨集体林权制度改革对农户林业收入的影响.对福建省10县(区)2006年调查数据进行分析,结果并不支持集体林权制度改革将增加农民的林业收入进而增加农民收入这个命题.集体林权制度改革使农民获得产权明晰的林地或林木资源,但集体林权制度改革对农民林木资产销售收入的影响并不显著,而产权明晰对农民经营林业的劳动与资本等要素投入产生的激励也不显著.
