| 摘 要： | 我国是一个农业大国，农民问题始终是我国的根本问题。农业富余劳动力的转移关系着我国国民经济发展的全局。本文回顾了我国农村富余劳动力转移问题的历史，分析了当前农村富余劳动力转移的严峻形势和制约因素，并提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | China is a big agricultural country, with farmer problem as its basic problem. The migration of surplus rural labors makes an overall effect on the economic development of our country. This paper reviews the history of migration of rural labors in China, explains its serious situation at present, analyses its present obstacles on the basis of the fact and makes some countermeasures. |
