| Abstract: | This paper describes the dressing principle and its grinding characteristics of vitrified bonded CBN wheels trued by cup truer.Analyzing experiment data of grinding workpiece,the influence factor on wear of CBN wheel has been obtained,which wear of CBN abrasives and chippings adhered is the main resons in grinding hard steel,and surface abrasives melted is the major factors in grinding soft steel. |
