塑封保温过水即热式电磁涡流热水器设计

摘    要:提出了一种塑封保温过水即热式电磁涡流热水器,电源线在绝缘容器外部,发热部件在绝缘容器内部,电源线与发热部件不接触,电源与被加热的水完全隔离,具有高效安全加热流动水的特点,推导了水加热过程中吸收热量、消耗电功率、过水流量与电磁涡流热水器热效率之间关系的计算公式,数值算例表明塑封保温过水即热式电磁涡流热水器技术上是可行的,具有较高的热效率。

Abstract:A kind of electromagnetism vortex water heater is put forward. The power cable is out of the insulate container exterior which is at the inner of insulate. The power cable does not get in touch with the container exterior. The power supply is insulated completely with water that is heated. There are characteristics of efficiently safe to heat flowing water. The relations and calculate formulas are deduced that the water absorbed calories and consumed power in heating, and so on. The example of calculating enunciates that the technique is available with higher efficiency.
