| 摘 要： | 现代社会需求的是既懂专业知识又懂法的复合型人才,经济法作为一门专业基础课,已被各专业作为必修的一门基础课,如何让枯燥的理论讲授和法条灌输变得生动活泼,具有启发性,而且有利于学生掌握抽象的法学原理和法律规定,案例教学法起到了重要的作用,同时也激发了学生的创造性思维,提高其分析问题、解决问题的能力。
