| 摘 要： | 《世界动物园保护策略》（2005）中可以明确得出未来动物园角色和功能的转型方向,即所有动物园应致力于综合保护和保护教育工作。在全国动物园发展转型期到来之际,南京红山森林动物园积极开展行业现状调查研究,深入分析宏观环境与行业环境,客观评价红山森林动物园内部环境,通过SWOT分析法的运用分别得到红山森林动物园发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,从而探索转型期的发展方向和战略对策,以实现红山森林动物园的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Direction was given for the future roles and functions of zoos in The World Zoo Conservation Strategy of 2005：Zoos in future should be committed to integrated protection and conservation education.To achieve this goal,Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo studied the industry status,analyzed the macro—environment,and objectively described the internal environment of Hongshan Forest Zoo.We then analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats that faced by Hongshan Forest Zoo using the SWOT（Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,and Threats ） analysis method.Following this analysis,we explored potential development directions and strategic measures that would enable sustainable development of Hongshan Forest Zoo. |
