摘    要:通过正交试验和单因子试验,以麦秸和废旧聚乙烯塑料为原料,使用异氰酸酯胶黏剂压制麦秸塑料刨花板,分析热压温度对麦秸/聚乙烯复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,热压温度对板坯中胶黏剂的固化速度、水分传递速度、塑料熔融程度、麦秸分解程度等都有不同程度的影响。当在热压时间、聚乙烯比例、施胶量、复合材料密度相同的条件下,热压温度为190℃时压制出的麦秸/聚乙烯复合板材各项物理力学性能较好。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of hot-presslng temperature on properties of wheat straw-plastic com- posites made from wheat straw and recycled polyethylene(PE)using isocyanate as adhesive through multi-factor orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment.Results showed that temperatures have different effects on the curing speed of res- in,the rate of moisture transmission,the degree of plastic melting and the degree of wheat straw decomposition.Under the same conditions of hot-pressing time,composite density,PE ratio,and resin content,the optimum properties of the com- posites can be obtained when hot-pressing temperature is 190 degrees C.
