油菜转基因研究进展

摘    要:对转基因油菜受体的类型进行整理,发现油菜的下胚轴、叶柄、子叶等均是良好的转化外植体。油菜转化技术涉及到农杆菌介导法、基因枪轰击法、激光微束穿刺法、显微注射法等等,这些方法均应用于油菜遗传转化,各有其优缺点。油菜转基因的外源靶标基因包括抗除草剂、抗虫、抗病、品质改良和工程油的表达等等,这些转基因油菜正不断地进入商业化生产,给油菜育种和应用带来广阔的前景。

Abstract:This paper first shows that the explants of oilseeds used by transformants contain hypocotyls,petiole,cotyledon,and so on,which have high regeneration potency.Many transformant protocols were reported in transgenic oilseeds,which present various efficiencies in some laboratories.The interesting foreign genes introduced into oilseed genome involved in herbicide-resistant genes,pest-resistant genes,disease-resistant gene,production-increasing genes,quality-improving genes,and so on.The transgenic oilseeds with various profitable traits have been applyed in commercial production.
