| 摘 要： | CRMS是一种新筛选出的雄配子诱杀剂，经1985～1989年5年的田间试验，表明于水稻雌雄蕊原基分化至花粉充实期喷施CRMS，诱导不育效果明显，自交败育率可达95～100%，自然结实率可达30%左右；井延迟抽穗期2～3 d，降低株高5～10 cm。CRMS诱导水稻雄性不育的形式有三种:性别异化，花粉败育，花药不裂开。

| Abstract: | The experiments were carried out in 1985--1989 in paddy field of CNRRI. The results showthat 1) CRMS is a new gametocide. With application during panicle formation stage, CRMS could inducemale sterility up to 95--100%. Meiotic stage is the best sensitive stage for inducing male sterility by CRMS.The CRMS treated plants delayed the heading date for 2--3 days. The height of treated plants could be re-duced by about 5--10 cm. This reduction was mainly due to the reduction of the length of the first andsecond internode counted from the bottom. 2) There were 3 types of effection of rice male sterility inducedby CRMS: sexual dissimilation, pollen sterility and anther unslit. |
