电控单体泵硬件在环仿真系统

摘    要:以电控单体泵控制系统的开发为应用背景,研究开发了电控单体泵硬件在环仿真系统。对电控单体泵硬件在环仿真系统的硬件组成以及软件模块进行了深入阐述,同时利用所开发的硬件在环仿真系统对自主开发的电控单体泵控制系统进行了硬件在环仿真测试。测试结果表明,所开发的硬件在环仿真系统能够满足电控单体泵控制器的测试需要,为电控单体泵控制器的开发提供了一个很好的系统仿真测试平台。

Abstract:Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HILSS) for electronic control system of unit pump was developed in order to facilitate the development and testing of ECU for electronic unit pump. The hardware configuration and the principle of software of HILSS were introduced in detail. By using HILSS, the developed electronic control system for unit pump has been tested. The results showed that HILSS could meet the testing demands of electronic control system for unit pump, and it also provided a good test and simulation platform for the development of electronic control system for unit pump.
