| 摘 要： | 本文分析了当前农业科技文献信息服务现状及存在问题,针对存在问题提出采用开放式文档先导OAI(OpenArchive Initiate)技术构建文献公共服务平台的方法,从而以该平台推出一套基于开放式访问的农业科技文献创新服务模式,并对农业科技文献公共服务平台的作用进行了阐述,也为推动我省从农业信息化转向信息增值服务进行有益的探索. |
