菊花快速繁殖初探

摘    要:用地被菊的花托为外植体,接种在不同激素配比的MS培养基上,结果表明,生长素浓度在0.5mg/mL以上时。无论是2.4—D还是NAA,外植体诱导愈伤组织的频率都在87.2%以上,而当外植体接种在细胞分裂素浓度在2mg/mL为MS培养基上时,能直接使花托长出不定芽。将愈伤组织转移到MS+KT2的培养基上,愈伤组织均有器官分化,但分化率因诱导培养基中的生长素种类和浓度不同而表现出明显的差异,外植体的遗传型对分化率的影响也十分明显.

Abstract:The receptacles of Chrysanthemum used s explants wese inoculated on MS medium aupplemented with different satio of plant hormone. The results showed that when the concentiation of hormone is over 0. 5 ppm,no matter whether it is 2-4-D or NAA,the rate of callus are all over 87. 2%,which explants inoculated on MS medium supplemented with 2ppm splitting hormone can be induced nonspriout dirertly. Calli transfered into MS medium supplemented with(MS KT2),can be induced organs but the differentiation rate vavies significantly with the kinds and concentrations of houmone. The genotype of explants may influence the differentiation rate noticeably.
