桉叶、地榆、乌梅体外抗菌相互作用研究

摘    要:研究桉叶、地榆、乌梅的体外抗菌作用及其相互影响。采用平皿打孔法和试管二倍稀释法测定桉叶、地榆、乌梅单药水煎液,以及桉叶地榆、桉叶乌梅、地榆乌梅混合液和桉叶、地榆、乌梅混合液对金黄色葡萄球菌、霍乱弧菌(非O1群)、溶藻弧菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌的药物敏感度、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。试验结果显示,桉叶、地榆、乌梅单药及其两两对药和三药混合液对供试菌株均表现良好抑菌作用;单药以乌梅抑(杀)菌作用最强,桉叶次之,地榆最弱,地榆对乌梅的体外抑(杀)菌作用显示拮抗作用;对药混合液和三药混合液的体外抑菌作用与单药相似或稍强。

Abstract:In order to study the in vitro antibacterial action and interaction of Folium Eucalypti Globuli,Radix Sanguisorbae and Fructus Mume,the plate punch method and tube dilution method were used in drug sensitivity test to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of the pure water extractive solution of Folium Eucalypti Globuli,Radix Sanguisorbae,Fructus Mume and their combination of pairs and triple against Staphylococcus aureus,non-O1 strains of Vibrio cholerae,Vibrio alginolyticus and Bacillus cereus.The results showed that Folium Eucalypti Globuli,Radix Sanguisorbae,Fructus Mume and their combination of pairs and triple had bacteriostatic effect against the four tested strains.In three single-drugs,Fructus Mume showed the strongest bacteriostatic effect,followed by Folium Eucalypti Globuli and Radix Sanguisorbae,and the bacteriostatic effect of Fructus Mume was antagonisted by Radix Sanguisorbae.The bacteriostatic effect of the combination of pairs and triple by Folium Eucalypti Globuli,Radix Sanguisorbae and Fructus Mume was not better than the single-drug.
