| 摘 要： | 将人工感染附红细胞体小白鼠50只分为附红清治疗高、中、低剂量组和三氮脒治疗对照组及生理盐水对照组,采用腹腔注射给药,1次/d,连用3 d,连续6 d采血观察红细胞感染率。结果附红清高、中剂量组与三氮脒对照组疗效接近。

| Abstract: | 50 mice infected by eperythrozoon were randomly divided into 5 test groups.Of these,the high,middle,low dose groups,reference group and control group were intraperitoneally injected with Fuhongqing,diminazene aceturate and normal saline（once daily,for 3 days）,respectively.Then the erythrocytes infection rates of blood were determined for 6 days consecutively.The results showed that the effects of high and middle dosage of Fuhongqing were similar to that of diminazene aceturate. |
