摘    要:目的]通过对常规培养基营养因子优化,筛选出适宜红菇菌丝体生长的最佳培养基配方,为红菇的仿生栽培和深层培养生产提供理论参考。方法]采用液体发酵培养法,研究葡萄糖、(NH4)2SO4、ZnSO4和VB1在不同质量浓度下对红菇纯培养菌株菌丝体生物量的影响,并用正交试验法筛选出适宜红菇菌丝体生长的最佳培养基配方。结果]结果表明,适宜红菇菌丝体生长的葡萄糖质量浓度为10.00-25.00g/L,(NH4)2SO4为2.07~4.83g/L,ZnSO4为4.50~6.50g/L,VB1为0.15—0.20g/L。红菇菌丝体生长的最佳培养基配方为20%马铃薯汁+葡萄糖20.00g/L+(NH4)2SO42.07g/L+ZnSO45.50g/L+VBB10.20g/L+KH2PO43.00g/L。结论]用该培养基配方进行温室振荡发酵试验时,得到红菇最大菌丝产量为0.64g/L。
