夏秋季茶园覆盖遮荫比较试验

摘    要:夏秋季茶园采用黑色尼龙遮阳网遮荫与不遮荫对照相比,茶多酚含量明显降低,而氨基酸含量增加,酚氨比值下降,叶绿素含量增加。选用40%、50%、65%、75%遮光度的遮荫比较试验,叶绿素含量基本上是随遮光度增加而呈上升的趋势;茶多酚含量以75%遮光度下降较多,氨基酸含量以50%遮光度增加较多,酚氨比值以75%遮光度最低,其次为50%遮光度。

Abstract:Compared to the non-shade treatment, shading with black net could decrease content of tea polyphenols (TPs) and increase amino acids (AAs) and chlorophyll levels in the tea shoots, and the ratio of the TPs and AAs decreased during the summer and Automn seasons. In shading degree from 40% to 75%. the leaf chlorophyll content increased with the increase in shading degree.
