| 摘 要： | 生物治疗是应用生物技术对各种疾病(如恶性肿瘤、先天性遗传病、传染性疾病、心血管疾病、风湿免疫性疾病等)进行治疗的1种新的治疗手段。生物治疗采用的生物技术主要包括抗体治疗技术、细胞因子技术、疫苗治疗技术、基因治疗技术等,下面主要就肿瘤的生物治疗进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Biotherapy is a new therapeutic tool to cure all kinks of diseases(such as malignant tumor,congenital genetic disease,infectious disease,cardiovascular disease and rheumatic disease etc.) by biotechnology.The biotechnology has been used in biotherapy is very extensive,mainly including of antibody therapy,cytokine therapy,vaccine therapy and gene therapy.This article introduced mainly the present status and prospect in biotherapy of tumor. |
