乡村振兴战略背景下面临的问题及实施路径研究

实施乡村振兴国家战略背景下,目前面临着缺科学统筹规划、缺主导产业、缺实用人才、缺振兴资金等“四缺”窘况,这给乡村振兴增加了难度,基于此,提出了政府主导依据地域特征和土壤特性进行科学统筹规划,避免出现同质化现象,搭建施展才华的舞台吸引人才,多渠道筹集资金形成新型经营主体,用工业的思维经营农业产业园;以政府主导统筹发展规划为基础,以人才、资金为引擎,构建农业种植园、农业养殖园等“一基二引五业”的发展模式,形成具有品质、品牌的产业,实现乡村振兴。
