厌氧消化液对土壤中某些微量元素活化作用的初步研究

摘    要:用厌氧消化液处理三种不同类型的土壤,结果表明:厌氧消化液对土壤中的Cu有强活化作用,对Mn有较强的活化作用,对Zn的活化作用很弱。当土壤pH高于厌氧消化液时,厌氧消化液对Fe有很强的活化作用;反之,厌氧消化液中的Fe进入土壤固相。厌氧消化液对土壤微量元素的活化可能以螯合作用为主,氧化还原作用为辅。这种活化作用及其自身所携带的微量元素可能对刺激作物生长有密切的关系。

Abstract:Three types of soils with different characters were treated by anaeroblc digestlon effluent(ADE). The experimental results showed that ADE had a very strong activation effect soiI Cu, a strong actiyation effect on soil Mn and a weak activation effect on soil Zn. ADE also kad a very strong activation effect on soil Fe if treated soil pH is higher than that of ADE; Other-ise, Fe contained in ADE was absortied by soil stlid-phase. It is suggested that the mechanisms of activating soil trace elements by ADE chiefly are chelation effect and secondarily redox reaction. ADE's activating soil trace elements and the fact that ADE contains some trace elements would makea certain contribution to the Phenomenon that ADE could stimulate crop growth.
