小麦农家种红蚰麦抗白粉病遗传分析及SSR分子标记

摘    要: 为明确小麦农家种红蚰麦抗白粉病的遗传基础,对红蚰麦和豫麦13的杂交F2代群体进行了遗传分析,结果表明红蚰麦携带1对显性的抗白粉病基因(暂命名为Pmhym)。利用SSR标记和F2代分离群体分组分析法,将该基因定位在7B染色体的长臂上,与3个微卫星标记Xwmc232、Xgwm577和Xwmc526连锁,遗传距离分别是14.3、25.6和57.2cM。分子标记分析表明该基因不同于已有被定位在7BL上的Pm5系列复等位基因,因而推测Pmhym是1个新的抗白粉病基因。上述结果将为开展Pmhym基因的精细定位奠定基础。

Abstract:In order to reveal genetic ground of wheat landrace Hongyoumai resistant to powdery mildew,F2 populations derived from the crosses of Hongyoumai and Yumai13 were analyzed genetically.The resistance of Hongyoumai to powdery mildew was proved to be controlled by one dominant gene(temporarily designated Pmhym).The gene was located on the long arm of chromosome 7B and linked to three microsatellite markers Xwmc232,Xgwm577 and Xwmc526 with genetic distance of 14.3,25.6 and 57.2 cM respectively by SSR analysis and BSA(Bulked Segregation Analysis) of F2 progeny.Because this gene is different from existed Pm5 alleles on the chromosome arm 7BL by marker analysis,it was postulated to be a new Pm gene.These results will provide the foundation for fine mapping resistance gene Pmhym of wheat landrace Hongyoumai.
