| 摘 要： | 以小鼠为试验动物 ,对家蚕蛹虫草的免疫调节作用进行了研究。结果表明 ,家蚕蛹虫草无增加小鼠血清溶血素抗体积数作用 ,但可提高腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率 ,对二硝基氟苯 (DNFB)诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应无增强作用 ,可显著提高小鼠NK细胞的活性 ,对小鼠体重及小鼠脏器 /体质量的比值无影响 ,表明家蚕蛹虫草具有免疫调节作用。

| Abstract: | The immunoloregulation function of Cordceps militaris from pupa of silkworm,Bombyx mori were investigated using mice as experiment animals.Results showed that Cordceps militaris could inrcease the phagocytic function of macrophages in abdominal cavity and significantly promote NK cells activity in mice,but it couldn't increase mice serolysin.Non affection of Cordceps militaris on the levels of DTH in the mice induced by dinitrofluorobenzene and that on mice body weight and viscera/body weight ratio have been observed.The results indicated that Cordyceps militaris have an effect on immune regulation. |
