美国对中国蜂蜜出口反倾销问题研究

我国近年来频频遭受来自美国发起的反倾销。反倾销的案件数量、反倾销税额都在不断增加，这不仅对中关贸易构成严峻的挑战，更破坏了我国贸易公平竞争的环境。因此，该文全面研究美国对中国蜂蜜反倾销行动的影响因素，以实证方法分析，通过计量经济学多元线性回归模型，并用E-views软件进行分析，得出了引发美国对中国蜂蜜出口实施反倾销的具体因素。进而论述反倾销给进口方以及出15／方所带来的贸易效应和转移效应、非贸易效应。根据分析结论提出相关合理的意见措施，以使今后蜂蜜产业能够得到相对公平的贸易环境。

Study on USA Antidumping Policy Toward Chinese Honey

In recent years, Chinese honey export has been facing the USA anti-dumping frequently. The number of anti-dumping cases and anti- dumping duties from USA to China has inereased rapidly.Not only will it bring stern challenge to Sino-USA trade, but also destroy a fair environment for competition on trade for China. Therefore ,based on empirical analysis ways ,this paper comprehensively and thoroughly studied the limiting factors of anti-dumping actions from the USA to China. Then, Using econometrics multiple linear regression models and E-views sofware, got concrete factors causing USA antidumping policy toward Chinese honey.Furthermore, the paper studied the obvious trade investigation effects, trade inhibiting effects, trade diversion effects. Finally ,this paper summarizd the research conclusion and made suggestions on future policies in order to get a fair environment for competition.
