老岭自然保护区珍稀易危植物天女木兰天然繁殖方式的调查

对老岭自然保护区的天女木兰天然繁殖方式进行调查的结果表明，天女未兰种子虽然在天女木兰树丛周围有极少量萌发，形成幼苗，但没有发现5年以上的种子苗，说明种子繁殖不能维持天女木兰的更新与繁衍。成年植株基部萌蘖能力很强，多年的萌蘖形成丛状，部分萌蘖逐渐取代老枝干，植株基部由于萌蘖产生而形成膨大的根颈，根颈萌发的新根具有趋根性，逐渐长大取代老根从而完成根系更新，萌蘖繁殖是天女木兰的主要繁殖更新方式。匍匐生长的枝条可以通过自然压条繁殖形成新的株丛，一定程度上扩大了天女木兰的数量。
