摘    要:以我院青年英语教师为研究对象,介绍了反思性教学的内涵、特征及其实施过程,并对实施反思性教学的教师的教学情况进行了实录和调查。本文基于调查结果对比其在进行反思性教学前后的变化,证实了反思性教学对青年英语教师的专业化发展起到了积极的促进作用。

Abstract:It is introduced the definition,character and the application of the reflective teaching,the teaching of the novice teachers is recorded,and the teachers and the students are interviewed as well.Based upon the collected data,it is demonstrated the changes occurred after the application of reflective teaching,and the results confirm the positive effects upon the professional development of novice teachers.
