| 摘 要： | 近几年来,海洋放线菌代谢产物的研究取得了很大的进展,从海洋放线菌中分离到许多结构新颖、有特殊生理活性和潜在药用价值的新化合物,其中,抗肿瘤化合物的研究及开发显示出十分诱人的前景。按化合物的结构类型简要介绍了来自海洋放线菌的几种抗肿瘤化合物。 |

Advance in Researches of Antitumor Bioactive Substances from Marine Actinomycetes |

| Abstract: | In recent years,the researches on the metabolites of marine actinomycetes had gotten great progress.A lot of new compounds with novel structure,special bioactivities and potential medicinal value were isolated from marine actinomycetes.The research and development of antitumor compounds showed attractive foreground.According to the structure types of compounds,several kinds of antitumor compounds separated from marine actinomycetes were briefly discussed. |
