钟花报春种子萌发生物学特性研究

通过种子萌发试验,研究了光照、温度、赤霉素、储藏时间和储藏方式对钟花报春种子萌发的影响。结果表明:钟花报春种子萌发对光照不敏感,最适宜的萌发温度为23℃,在28℃时仍保持62.67%的发芽率。种子经过赤霉素处理后,萌发持续时间缩短,但对种子的发芽率影响不显著。随着储藏时间的增加,种子发芽率下降,为保证钟花报春种子具有较高的萌发率,生产上建议采用随采随播的方式进行播种。

Study on Biological Characteristics of Seeds Germination of Primula sikkimensis Hook

The effects of light, temperature, GA3, storage time and methods on the seeds germination of Primula sikkimensis Hook were studied through seeds germination experiment. The results showed as follow: the seeds germination of P.sikkimensis was not sensitive to light, the optimal temperature for germination was 23 ℃, and the seeds germination rate remained 62.67 % on 28 ℃. The time of seeds germination was shortened after the seeds were treated with GA3, but it had no effect on the seeds germination rate. With the increase in storage time, the seeds germination rate decreased. In order to ensure higher seeds germination rate, it was proposed that the seeds should be sowed as soon as possible after harvested.
