| 摘 要： | 用松香改性的醇酸树脂多元醇与ＴＤＩ反应合成聚氨酯预聚物，与羟基醇酸树脂交联制备聚氨酯涂料。讨论了醇酸树脂多元醇、氨酯化反应的工艺条件等因素对预聚物性能的影响，涂膜性能测试表明，该漆干燥快速、性能优异。

| Abstract: | The rosin modified polyurethane paint were synthesized by crosslinking hydroxyl alkyd resins with polyurethane prepolymers which was obtained by reacting TDI with rosin modified resin polyols.The effects of properties of alkyd polyols and reaction conditions on the performance of polyurethane prepolymer were discussed.It has been confirmed that the rosin modified polyurethane paint possessed good properties such as fast drying,high hardness and excellent furnishing performance. |
