普通小麦与粗山羊草正反交育性机理的胚胎学研究

Embryological Studies on the Fertility of the Original and Reciprocal Crosses between T.aestivumand Ae.tauschii

Observation was made on the fertilization and embryo development in the original and reciprocal crosses between T.aestivum Chinese Spring and Ae. tauschii with the paraffin and plastic techniques. In the original cross, the average ratios of fertilization and embryo formation were respectively 23.75% and 4.58%; However, in the reciprocal cross, the average ratios of fertilization and embryo formation were respectively 87.08% and 82.08%. The embryos can be obtained in both of crosses, but the quality of embryos in the original was better than that in the reciprocal. The embryological results corroborated our previous conclusions that the ratio of embryos obtained in the reciprocal was higher than that in the original, whereas the ratio of embryo revived in the original was higher than that in the reciprocal.
