高粱不同节间含糖量研究

摘    要:目的]筛选新的高粱种源,扩大遗传基础,为甜高粱育种提供理论依据。方法]采用19个粒用高粱和20个甜高粱作为研究材料,对高粱茎秆糖分的积累规律进行研究。结果]甜高粱和粒用高粱在含糖量上有明显差别,甜高粱含糖量的积累起点及茎秆含糖量均高于粒用高粱,但二者的糖分积累总趋势是一致的,其含糖量随节位由基部到顶部的变化趋势均有4种类型,并都以低-高-低的变化占多数。结论]为选育甜秆型高粱杂交种,提高甜高粱品种的抗倒性、抗病性等性状提供了参考。
