致病疫霉拮抗细菌的筛选及抑菌作用研究

摘    要:目的]筛选获得显著拮抗致病疫霉的细菌菌株,为深入开发利用拮抗细菌抑制致病疫霉并控制马铃薯晚疫病提供依据。方法]用平板对峙法和滤纸片法测定61株细菌活体、发酵液及菌液对致病疫霉的抑制作用并进一步测定了SR13-2菌株的诱导抗病作用。结果]供试的61株细菌活体对致病疫霉菌丝生长的抑制率达到60%以上的有24株,其中HT-6菌株的抑菌作用最强,抑菌率达到了89.92%;但所有供试菌株的发酵液均无显著抑菌作用,而大部分菌株菌液的抑菌作用却明显高于活体菌株,其中以S34-1菌株的抑菌作用最强,抑菌率为91.50%;同时发现SR13-2菌株的菌液具有显著的诱导抗病作用,保护率可达60%。结论]拮抗菌株S34-1和SR13-2的活体与发酵液的抑菌作用之间无相关性,而菌液在防治马铃薯晚疫病方面有较大的应用潜力。
