摘    要:目的]研究微波辅助提取越橘果实花色苷的最佳工艺条件。方法]对微波辅助提取法和常规提取法的效果进行比较,并通过L9(34)正交试验对微波辅助提取越橘果实花色苷的工艺条件进行优化。结果]微波辅助提取的最佳条件为料液比1:5,微波前处理2 min,乙醇体积分数75%,浸提温度60℃。结论]微波辅助提取工艺有利于越橘果实花色苷的提取,效果优于常规方法。
