| 摘 要： | 经济增长的根本动力在于人力资本投资的不断增长。要发展经济,缩小城乡差距,有必要对广西城乡人力资本的私人投资做深入研究。通过对历史数据的分析,广西城乡人力资本私人投资总量和投资结构上存在差异。运用ELES模型对城乡人力资本私人投资的边际投资倾向、投资需求、收入弹性、自价格弹性和互价格弹性分析,指出收入是影响城乡人力资本投资的最关键因素;广西城镇居民基本人力资本私人投资额和边际投资倾向高于农村居民;广西农村居民人力资本私人投资的自价格弹性、互价格弹性都比城镇居民的大。
