| 摘 要： | 目的]研究东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物对大鼠乳腺小叶增生的影响。模型大鼠乳头直径及形态学症状、血清雌二醇含量、血液流变学参数、乳腺组织病理病变程度的影响。方法]肌肉注射雌二醇和黄体酮诱发大鼠乳腺小叶增生,然后分别以成人临床拟用剂量的4倍、2倍及等效剂量灌胃给药,对照组灌胃给水,1次/d,共30 d,用药结束后检测血清雌二醇含量、孕激素水平、并对乳腺组织进行相关指标观察。结果]东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物能明显缩小雌二醇诱发乳腺小叶增生大鼠乳头直径、降低大鼠血清雌二醇含量及大鼠全血和血浆粘度。结论]东北玉簪正丁醇萃取物能明显减轻试验性病理模型大鼠乳腺小叶组织增生。 |
