| 摘 要： | [目的]研究不同提取方法对女贞子中齐墩果酸提取率的影响。[方法]以女贞子为原料,优选微波辅助提取、超声波辅助提取和超临界萃取3种方法提取齐墩果酸的工艺条件,以齐墩果酸的提取率来比较3种方法的优劣。[结果]微波辅助提取法提取齐墩果酸的含量为1.100%（保留时间为4.116 min）;超临界萃取法提取齐墩果酸含量为1.107%（保留时间为4.115 min）;超声波辅助提取法提取齐墩果酸含量为1.291%（保留时间为4.107 min）。[结论]3种方法与常规溶剂浸提法比较均具有提取时间短、提取效率高、方法简便等特点,试验结果为女贞子中齐墩果酸不同提取要求提供了理论基础。 |
