| 摘 要： | 建设中国特色现代农业是我国解决＂三农＂问题的出路和方向,是新农村建设的着力点,是提高农业综合生产能力的重要措施,是统筹城乡发展的前提和保障。当前我国农业机械化水平稳步提高,农业科学技术得以广泛应用,农业区域化布局逐步形成,农业产业化经营稳步发展。然而农民整体素质较低,农业基础设施薄弱,农业资源有限,农业科学技术投入不足等,制约着现代农业的发展。实施＂工业反哺农业＂,通过资金反哺、政策引导,改革户籍制度,将零散土地连接成片,鼓励龙头企业到农村发展,建立农业合作组织,深化农村金融体制改革,加快农业技术的推广应用,能够有效推进农业发展,实现中国农业现代化。
