| 摘 要： | 概述了生态农村的理念,分析了我国当前农村生态现状及其原因,指出了我国生态农村建设的出路：以环境法的基本原则为指导,完善生态农村法制;合理规划产业布局、发展生态农业、统筹农村经济发展与农村生态;优化农村生态保护机构和制度;合理分配环保资金,加大农村生态建设资金投入;强化生态农村建设宣传教育,增强生态环境保护意识。
