摘    要:目的]分离鉴定玫瑰(Rosa rugosa)花中的抗补体活性成分。方法]在活性筛选指导下,并用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并用核磁共振、质谱数据与文献数据对比鉴定化合物结构。结果]从活性部位中分离出3个黄酮类化合物,分别为木犀草素(1)、槲皮素(2)和山柰酚(3)。结论]玫瑰花提取物有体外抗补体作用,其中黄酮类化合物是其活性成分。
