贵州湄潭绿茶挥发油成分的GC/MS分析

摘    要:[目的]研究湄潭绿茶挥发油的化学成分。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波和微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取绿茶挥发油,气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用技术分析挥发油的成分含量。[结果]3种方法所得绿茶挥发油中共分析鉴定了99种成分,主要成分为叶绿醇(12.75%)、棕榈酸(12.43%)、二十九烷(11.07%)、芳樟醇(10.97%)、α-松油醇(2.65%)、香叶醇(2.50%)和β-大马士酮(2.32%)等,检出的组分中有些尚未见报道。[结论]绿茶挥发油的成分、含量与其品种和提取方法有关。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to study chemical constituents of the volatile oils from green tea.[Methods]The volatile oils from green tea were extracted by stream distillation,ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction,whose chemical components and content were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass(GC/MS).[Results ]99 compounds were identified by three methods,the main constitutes are phytol(12.75%),nvhexadecanoic acid(12.43%),nonacosane(11.07%),linalool(10.97%),α-terpineol(2.65%),geraniol(2.50%) and β-damascenone(2.32%).Some constituents were identified for the first time.[Conclusion] The contents and components were related to species and extraction methods.
