| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前使用的成型机类型及其缺点,设计了一种新型成型机,并介绍了其工艺流程和成型原理以及动力液压回路的设计。生产试验和试运行结果表明,该成型机具有结构简单、成本低廉、成型质量好、成型管寿命显著提高等优点,具有很好的推广前景。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the type and characteristics of the currently used biomass briquette machine,designs a new-type machine and then describes its technical process,molding principles and design of power hydraulic circuit.As indicated by the production test and trial operation,the briquette machine is simple and cheap with good molding quality,prolonged life of pipe and broad promotion prospect. |
