中外品种仔猪抗应激能力差异的比较

目的]探讨中外品种仔猪抗应激能力差异性。方法]分别选用（12．6±0．7）kg的莱芜猪和大约克猪的断奶仔猪6头，从腹腔注射200μg/kg的脂多糖（LPS），于注射前1h和注射后2、4、7、10h分别采血测定血浆白介素-1β和皮质醇的含量，并建立免疫应激模型，监测免疫应激后莱芜猪和大约克猪仔猪2-10h内血浆IL-1β和皮质醇含量的变化。结果]在免疫应激下，大约克猪和莱芜猪之闻具有显著（P〈0．05）或极显著（P〈0．01）的品种差异性。LPS刺激后2h莱芜猪IL-1β的水平显著小于大约克猪，LPS刺激后的2、4和7h莱芜猪的皮质醇水平显著或极显著低于大约克猪。结论]莱芜猪的抗免疫应激能力强于大约克猪。

Comparison on the Differences in Anti-Stress Capability between Domestic and Imported Piglet Varieties

Objective ] The aim was to discuss the differences in anti-stress capability between domestic and imported piglet varieties. Method] Six weaned piglets weighted at （12.6 ± 0.7 ） kg of Laiwu and Yorkshire were chosen and were in peritoneal injection of 200 g/kg lipopo- lysaccharide （LPS）, the blood samples were collected at the last hour before injection and at the 2nd, 4th, 7th and 10th hour since injection for determining the contents of plasma interleukin-1 （ IL-1 ） and cortisol resp. And the immunological stress model was set up to monitor the content changes of IL-1 in plasma and cortisol in Laiwu and Yorkshire piglets within 2 - 10 h since immunological stress. Result] Under immunological stress, Yorkshire had significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） or extremely significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） from Laiwu. The IL-I level in Laiwu piglets was significantly less than that of Yorkshire ones at the 2nd hour since LPS stimulation and the cortisol level in Laiwu piglets was significantly or extremely significantly lower than that of Yorkshire ones at the 2nd hour since LPS stimulation. Conclusion] The anti-immunological stress capability of Laiwu piglets was stronger than that of Yorkshire ones.
