济南地区夏季浮游植物群落结构与环境因子的关系

摘    要:2014年和2015年夏季(8月)在济南市区及周边县城选择具有代表性的24个采样点,野外调查济南地区夏季浮游植物群落结构特征。结果表明:共鉴定出浮游植物6门113种,其中2014年6门89种,密度以蓝藻门为主,平均密度为2.17×10~6cells/L;2015年游植物共6门85种,密度以蓝藻门为主,平均密度为2.83×10~6cells/L。2014年浮游植物香农威纳指数平均值为2.49,均匀度指数平均值为0.57,2015年浮游植物香农威纳指数平均值为2.37,均匀度指数平均值为0.60。典范对应分析结果显示:p H和电导率分别是2014和2015年影响浮游植物群落的主要环境因子。综合分析认为,济南地区水体呈中度污染。

Abstract:The community structure and e spatial and temporal distribution of phytoplankton were surveyed 24 sampling sites in Jinan River Region in August of 2014 and 2015 to show the relationship between the community structure of phytoplankton and the associated environmental factors,based on Shannon-Weiner index,Pielou index ofphytoplankton and Canonical correspondence analysis.Eighty-nine phytoplankton species were found in 2014 and 85 phytoplankton species in 2015,with averagephytoplankton density of 2.17 × 106~2.83 × 106 cells/L,Shannon-Wiener index of 2.49~2.37 and Pielou index of 0.57~0.60 during the 2014 and 2015.Canonical correspondence analysis revealed that phytoplankton community structure was heavily determined by pH in 2014.On the contrary,electronic conductivity was the main environmental factors limitation of phytoplankton community structure in 2015.In conclusion,the water in Jinan River was found to be moderately polluted.
