摘    要:
以核桃鲜叶挥发油为化感物质,对小麦、绿豆、黄瓜、萝卜4种作物种子进行了化感作用研究.结果表明,挥发油抑制小麦、黄瓜种子的萌发,且随挥发油浓度的增大其抑制作用逐渐增强;但对绿豆种子的化感作用,在一定范围内呈现随挥发油浓度的增大促进作用增强的趋势.研究还表明,除绿豆幼苗外,挥发油对黄瓜、小麦、萝卜幼苗的生长在总体上均呈现高浓度抑制的趋势.在浓度<0.8时,挥发油对两种蔬菜作物地下部分的抑制小于地上部分,对两种粮食作物地下部分的抑制大于地上部分.

Abstract:
Volatile oil was extracted from fresh walnut leaf by steam distillation. This paper studied the allelopathic effects of the oil in water phase on some cereals and vegetables such as, wheat, green bean, cucumber, radish etc. The results indicated that the oil enhances slowly wheat and cucumber seed germination as the oil concentration increases, but hardly effects the germination rate of cucumber seed. Except for low concentration in 0.02%, the oil concentration has strong inhibiting effect on the germination of radish seed. The allelopathic effects of the oil on green bean seed is promotive to a certain extent as the oil concentration increases. Except for green bean, the oil on sprouting and rooting of cucumber ,wheat and radish shows inhibiting effect at high concentration. When the oil concentration is less than 0.8%, the inhibiting effect of the oil on the two vegetable roots is less than their stem, whereas on the two food crop rooting is stronger than their stem.
