| 摘 要： | 在我国农业发展过程中，制度因素是影响农业要素生产率的重要因素。通过产业环境和技术效率影响农业产出的变动，是制度因素对要素生产率影响的主要表现形式；由数学模型测算，1952-1992年制度因素对我国农业总要素生产的贡献份额为40.97%。可见，制度因素的完善与提高创新，决定着我国农业持续稳定的发展。

| Abstract: | System factors play an important role in affecting the productivity of agricultural key factors during the process of agricultural development.The form of its expression is through industrial environment and technological efficiency to effect the change of agricultural output value.It was estimated by mathematical model that the share of system factors on the productivity of key agricultural factors was 40.97% during 1952 to 1992.Then based on this assumption it was suggested that improving system factors be the base for sustainable agricultural development in China. |
