| 黑龙江省松嫩草地瑞香狼毒总黄酮含量的变化 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用超声提取和分光光度法,对黑龙江省松嫩草地瑞香狼毒营养器官总黄酮含量进行了测定,并对不同环境梯度下根的总黄酮含量变化进行了分析。结果表明:随着放牧强度的增大,根中总黄酮含量明显增加;随着土壤含水量的降低,根中总黄酮含量呈下降趋势。瑞香狼毒各营养器官总黄酮含量不同,叶中最高,根次之,茎中最少。 |

| Abstract: | The flavonoids content in the vegetative organs of Stellera chamaejasme L. was determined by ultrasonic extraction and spectrophotometry in Songnen grassland of Heilongjiang Province, and the change of flavonoids content in root was analysed under different environmental conditions, such as different grazing intensities and soil water content. Results showed that the flavonoids content in root rises significantly with increasing grazing intensity, while it tends to reduce with decreasing soil water content. The flavonoids content in different vegetative organs presents a decreasing tendency from leaf to root and to stem during growing season. |
