黑龙江省农业现代化税收政策问题及对策研究

农业现代化税收政策改革一直是党中央、国务院以及全国各地所重点关注的农业产业 重大决策。目前我国正处于新农村建设关键期，各地都应该尽早发现自身所存在的农业现代化 税收政策问题并确立未来发展方向。本文就以东北农业大省——黑龙江省为例，简单研究了该 省的农业税收政策改革的必要性、现存问题与未来发展对策，希望以此促进本省农业现代化税 收机制良性优化革新。

Study on tax policy problems and countermeasures of agricultural modernization in heilongjiang province

The reform of taxation policy for agricultural modernization has always been a major deci? sion of the agricultural industry that the Party Central Committee, the State Council, and all parts of the country have focused on. At present, China is in the critical period of new rural construction. All locali? ties should find out their own agricultural modernization taxation policies as soon as possible and estab? lish their future development direction. Taking the northeastern agricultural province of Heilongjiang Province as an example, this paper briefly studies the necessity, existing problems and future develop? ment countermeasures of the province's agricultural tax policy reform, hoping to promote the benign op? timization and innovation of the province's agricultural modernization taxation mechanism.
