长春市农村人居环境整治问题研究

为全面落实《农村人居环境整治三年行动方案》，2018 年以来，长春市委、市政府全面贯 彻落实党的十九大精神，牢固树立新发展理念，以改善农村人居环境，建设美丽宜居乡村为目 标，科学规划、广泛动员、整合资源、强化措施，大力实施农村人居环境整治工程，取得了显著成 效。
