Abstract: | Under the background of "Internet +", it is feasible to apply the micro-course teaching
mode to the vocational food safety course. During the implementation of the micro-course teaching
mode, it is necessary to clarify the micro-course production goals according to the characteristics of the
course and adopt the appropriate micro- course production method, develop effective micro- course
teaching mode to improve teaching quality. |
