摘 要: | [目的]分析蓬子菜(Herba Galii Veri)的超临界CO2流体萃取成分,为进一步开发蓬子菜中成药提供科学依据。[方法]用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对蓬子菜全草进行提取。用GC-MS技术分析超临界CO2萃取物的化学成分。[结果]确定了45个峰的成分,其相对含量占超临界萃取物总量的63.970%以上,主要化学成分有棕榈酸11.132%,β-谷甾醇7.770%,亚油酸5.553%,菜油甾醇3.334%,二十九烷3.179%,油酸3.067%,邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯2.770%,三十烷1.518%,植物醇1.270%,硬脂酸1.239%,豆甾醇1.372%,1-十九烯1.004%等。[结论]化合物均为首次从该植物中分析得到。

Abstract: | [Object]To analyze the compositions of SPE-CO2 extract from Galium verum L.by GC-MS and provide scientific references for further development of Galium verum L.[Method] The whole plant of Galium verum L.was extracted by SPE-CO2 and the chemical compositions of the extract were analyzed by GC-MS.[Result]45 components were identified.[Conclusion]The identified components were obtained from plant for the first time. |
